WELCOME to the INTERGENERATIONAL HEALING PROJECT!​INTERGENERATIONAL HEALING PROJECT's purpose is to provide culturally appropriate programs, culturally sensitive training, and referral services for children, youth, and families throughout the state of Nevada.​​

 

INTERGENERATIONAL HEALING PROJECT is dedicated to fostering safe and inclusive spaces that promote cultural sharing through community gatherings. Our programs provide wellness activities, prevention workshops, and essential service referrals for children, youth, and families in Nevada.

Intergenerational Healing Project (I.H.P) is an indigenous led non-profit that facilitates wellness workshops.

We strive to keep our traditions alive. The forums increase cultural connections to community and decrease.

TRAINING

WELLNESS WORKSHOPS

KEEPING TRADITIONS ALIVE!

I.H.P. facilitates workshops that include children, youth, and their families geared to increase cultural connectedness and resiliency.

I.H.P. is planning to hold an Indigenous women's gathering in 2026 and a youth gathering; date TBD. The gatherings will include cultural experts speaking on language, ceremonies, and leadership.

I.H.P. coordinates traditional skirt making classes, talking circles, beading, and, traditonal foods by levering resources in the communities.

Programs

I.H.P. supports youth activities that increase community connectedness. Dresslerville Red Bear Youth Council at Washeshu Edeh

I.H.P. supports the MMIP/MMIW Prayer Walk 2025. Look for MMIP/MMIW 2nd Annual Walk in May 2026.
